What Is Best Electric Fireplace Insert To Buy? Has Anyone Heard Of Dimplex? I Want Something Realistic.?
I am a factory service tech for dimplex fireplaces and I have worked on them for the last five years.The only problem is normal bulb failure after about a year.They are very simple to change.The unit gives off a small amount of heat from a top mounted heater and blower unit.They are also easy to replace if it should ever fail.All the parts a available from dimplex.com in Canada.
