What Is Approximate Cost Of Changing My Electric Cooktop To A Gas Cooktop?

I have a gas line ran to my house for the fireplace, but would need to have a line run to the kitchen.

The cost of the new cooktop, plus about $150 to have the line run.

I would guess $200 to $300 not counting the cost of the cooktop.
The way your home is constructed (full basement, crawl space, concrete slab, single story) has a lot to do with the cost. Some can be much easier than others.
We had this done in our last house and it only cost about $100 but the gas line ran through the attic just above the kitchen.
