Buying Electric Fireplaces

Space Heaters?

I have tried SO many space heaters:
- Ceramic Tower
- Electric Stove/Fireplace
- Oil-Filled Radiator
- Stanley Ceramic Heater/Blower
- Honeywell Utility Heater
- Radiant Light Heater
- and NOW a micathermic heater
nothing is working! I’m trying to supplement my electric baseboard heat, which heats the entire common area of my apartment, by trying to heat only the area that i’m sitting in…. what should I do?? What else should I try?

If you are sitting at a desk you can get one of those under-desk flat panel heaters. They keep your legs warm and that keeps you from getting too chilly.
If you want to warm up the whole room or your place in it I am surprised none of those you tried worked for you. Typically a radiant heater will keep you warm without heating all of the air in the room so it is economical.
