    g’day sammy
    over here in oz we have a mob called rp data that does all that stuff for ya.
    depending on council inspection’s, for termites, where the house is worth $680,000 & 50year’s old,+$50,000,damage to house,see where u stand.
    Usually when it’s too good to be true,it may well be,don’t get conned,do your homework,make sure,use the resources at your fingertip’s

    As far as the price, you need to do what realtors do and see what the houses near that one have sold for recently; look for similar size, rooms, etc on websites like http://www.realtor.com and others. That way you can get at least some idea of whether it’s a good price or not. Also, unless you have lots of $$ and time/effort to devote to this place, it will be a lot of work for upkeep, cleaning, etc. Consider too that a septic system that old may develop leaking problems at any time & will require a new tank, etc – not cheap :}
