Buying Electric Fireplaces

Screwed By A Fireplace Shop, Into Buying A Wrong Fire, What Can I Do Now?

I bought a fire surround and the gas fire from the shop. Salesman initially demonstrated an electric fire with a power flu. Gas fire installed has a hole where fan is and a draught comes when windy. Spiders come out from here too. Soot blows onto carpet. The fan is very noisy cant hear tv as before. Shop insists all is well and will not do anything to resolve the issue. I have written to them many times and have now told them that I will take legal action. Can someone provide me with a course of action. There are other problems with the installation and the surround which I paid over £2000.00 for. Too many to list. Please help and advise. thanks.
