		<description>Try to feel your budgie. Does he feel cold?  If so he could have a respiratory problem. If he&#039;s colder then normal I suggest taking him to a vet. Check his environment as well, budgies love to be in the light, they love being able to see outside and sometimes can pout if they can&#039;t. I hope this helped some.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s good that you are keeping your budgie warm, but he needs medical help.  If he&#039;s having trouble breathing, he could have a respiratory infection.  Some signs of a respiratory infection are runny cere, sneezing alot, tail bobbing, sleeping too much, and fluffed up appearance.  You need to get him to the vet immediately.</description>
