Any 1500 watt electric heater puts out exactly the same amount of heat as any other 1500 watt heater. You can buy a $15 heater, or a $600 heater, take your pick based on style and, laughably, maybe durability. But they're all going to take the same amount of electricity, and they're going to put out the same amount of heat. Electric heat is electric heat, basically.
