		<description>i don&#039;t think a builder will think you are mad ..i think the whole world-will think you are ..where do you live ?certainly not in the UK ....and remember ..ANY GAS APPLIANCE should be installed by a corgi gas fitter .. if you dont and something goes wrong you will have no insurance</description>

		<description>you could ask a builder but to be quite honest if you have a false plasterboard chimney breast there i would would not want a real fire in its place. they do look nice but so do the modern plasma ones that you can get now. if you really want a real fire you would have to get rid of the plasterboard and a lot of work done. there are so many nice ones that look like the real thing that you could choose from without the hassle of ripping half your lounge down</description>

		<description>You must also install an air brick for the stove as they burn a mixture of gas and air not just gas. This is mandatory gas regulations. The brick is installe in an OUTSIDE wall.</description>
