We had to have the ducts replaced and that cost us $3000, it would have been another $6000 if we had needed the replace the unit. As others have stated you will get more solid prices by having contractors come and see to whats needed. The duct work will not be less than $3000 and a furnace will not be less than $2500 so about $6000 total and possibly more.
